Job Overview

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for key customers, with a focus on the Impulse channel and medium-high potential accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Key Account execution and negotiation, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends. You will be responsible for analyzing data sources, developing sales forecasts, and preparing trade spend budgets to hit profitability targets.

As a Key Account Specialist, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate with customers, and track and adjust volume and profitability targets. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and internal teams, and for identifying and exploiting opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for key customers, with a focus on the Impulse channel and medium-high potential accounts.
  • Analyze data sources, develop sales forecasts, and prepare trade spend budgets to hit profitability targets.
  • Negotiate with customers to agree on Red Bull's Perfect Store concept and to drive sales growth.
  • Track and adjust volume and profitability targets, and prepare and discuss success of executed plans with customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, and identify and exploit opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements

University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration.

Proven track record of 1-2 years professional experience in Key Account execution and negotiation, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.

Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships.

Strategic ability, commercial acumen, analytical skills, negotiation experience, and presentation skills.

Strong command of English.
