Responsibilities

Proposito del cargo:

Nuestro gerente de cuentas impulsa y respalda el crecimiento de los ingresos y las ganancias al establecer y mantener relaciones y conectividad con clientes en niveles superiores dentro de su organizacion. Tambien continuara con el desarrollo y ejecucion de planes de cuentas estrategicos que esten alineados con las estrategias de marketing y ventas globales, regionales y locales.

Responsabilidades y deberes:
Desarrolla y apoya la ejecucion de una estrategia especifica del cliente. Apoya el proceso de planificacion estrategica como la voz del cliente. Define y valida el cliente TAM/WAM. Ayuda en la mejora continua de los procesos de facturacion y pedidos de ventas. Ayuda en las evaluaciones de solvencia crediticia y el cobro de cualquier cuenta considerada morosa. Lidera la busqueda de oportunidades estrategicas para el crecimiento de cuentas y nuevos negocios. Garantiza que las relaciones de las cuentas locales se alineen con la estrategia de la cuenta global. Guia a los equipos comerciales a traves del proceso de licitacion y contratacion del cliente. Trabaja con Product Line Sales para desarrollar e implementar planes de cuentas para el cliente. Garantiza que toda la informacion, los planes, los datos y la informacion de la cuenta del Cliente se mantengan actualizados en la base de datos de CRM. Comprension de las capacidades y el servicio de la empresa y comunica de manera efectiva todo el espectro de ofertas de Weatherford a los clientes. Mantener la relacion con los tomadores de decisiones clave en la organizacion del cliente. Desarrolla y comparte la comprension del estilo y proceso de compra del cliente. Garantiza que los problemas de los clientes se traten de manera eficiente, informando a la direccion de cualquier problema a medida que surja. Trabaja con el equipo de Business Intelligence para comprender la informacion global del cliente (gasto, operaciones, competencia, etc.) Es posible que sea necesario viajar hasta un 75% a otras oficinas, sitios de clientes y asistir a seminarios, conferencias, etc.

Qualifications

Experiencia & Educacion:

7 + anos de experiencia en cargos afines o similares en el area de Ventas, preferiblemente en el sector Oil&Gas, con foco en administracion o atencion de contratos en empresas estatales (Grupo Ecopetrol - deseable). Grado Universitario en Ingenieria/Especializacion en proyecto o MBA o afines (deseable mas no limitante). Manejo de plataformas como Salesforce o relacionadas a preparacion de propuestas comerciales. Solidos conocimientos en: Preparacion- Acompanamiento de licitaciones y/o propuestas tecnicas-comerciales, Indicadores financieros e Indicadores de mercado. Nivel de Ingles: Intermedio - Avanzado Excelentes habilidades de relacion con el cliente. Perspicacia empresarial para permitir la evaluacion de oportunidades y la priorizacion efectiva. Capacidad para gestionar proyectos simultaneos en plazos ajustados y bajo presion. Familiaridad con los ultimos avances en tecnicas de gestion de ventas.
