- Collaborate with established procedures and guidelines, offering insights to support and influence decision-making processes.
- Analyze diverse information sources to recommend innovative solutions and propose enhancements, working under moderate supervision from management.
In This Role, You Will:
- Contribute to the development of quarterly sales strategies and identify target customers and prospects using specialized analytical tools such as Qlick and Salesforce.
- Utilize virtual selling platforms (video conferencing, live presentations via Teams, Zoom) to identify and qualify business opportunities by building relationships with high-level executives, adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly call targets set by management.
- Market and sell products, services, and solutions through direct interactions, virtual events, and promotional roadshows (webinars). Support marketing initiatives by evaluating webinar results, following up with attendees, and facilitating awareness and educational activities.
- Deliver engaging business or product presentations using virtual selling tools, involving product specialists from various regions to enhance relationships and increase sales success rates.
- Assess customer-specific requirements and conduct compelling virtual sessions to present proposals, guiding clients through the implementation and onboarding phases using digital tools.
- Manage negotiations and close deals through various digital communication channels (email, instant messaging, video calls, etc.).
- Actively engage in campaign-driven sales processes, managing leads generated from campaigns and reporting daily on campaign progress in the CRM system.
- Provide weekly or bi-weekly updates to the Inside Sales Head (Cluster) regarding campaign status and share market insights.
- Ensure compliance with customer engagement metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as defined by management.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline velocity to maintain desired levels.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree or possesses equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Has prior experience working with travel agencies.
- Demonstrates a successful track record in a sales or commercial role (experience in tourism is advantageous but not essential).
- Exhibits strong analytical skills and proficiency in database management.
- Familiar with advanced Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Possesses excellent negotiation skills.
- Open to travel as required.
