Your responsibilities will include:

  • Timely management and processing of sales orders and invoices
  • Creating and negotiating contracts

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales administration, sales support, or a related role
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • High proficiency in the English language
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple iSuite, Zoom, and other project management software
  • Experience with CRM software usage and management
  • A positive mindset and eagerness to learn and develop in the role
  • Knowledge of email marketing is advantageous
  • Experience in social media engagement is a plus

  • A reliable and high-speed internet connection, ideally 25 MBPS or higher, with a backup solution for outages
  • Personal computer or laptop with at least 8GB RAM and a processor equivalent to Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac or better; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with updated web browsers and security software, and sufficient storage
  • Headset or earphones with noise cancellation and a webcam with at least 720p resolution
