PROPOSITO DEL ROL

Como Customer and Launch Excellence Specialist, su principal responsabilidad será recopilar, limpiar, analizar e interpretar conjuntos de datos para proporcionar información y respaldar los procesos de toma de decisiones relacionados con la Excelencia Comercial y CRM/SFE; así como operar como PMO para actividades específicas, incluyendo la excelencia en el lanzamiento y la innovación de procesos. Estará trabajando con datos relacionados con diversos aspectos del negocio, para apoyar la toma de decisiones de nuestros clientes internos. Este rol le reportara al Commercial Excellence Lead.

DESAFIOS DE LA POSICIÓN

Recopilación y limpieza de datos: Recopilar datos relevantes de diversas fuentes, garantizar de la calidad de los mismos y su organización para su análisis. Análisis de datos: Aplicación de técnicas y métodos de extracción de datos para identificar patrones, tendencias y correlaciones en los datos. Esto puede implicar el uso de herramientas como SQL, Excel (Power Query). Informes y visualización: Presentar los hallazgos y la información de manera clara y concisa a través de informes, paneles y visualizaciones. Para ello se pueden utilizar herramientas como Tableau o Power BI. Apoyar la estandarización de los datos de CRM y la implementación de módulos clave de Viva, asegurando la calidad de los datos y su gobernanza. Participar en proyectos clave alineados a la transformación del Negocio. Contribuir a la innovación de los procesos del área de Operaciones Comerciales. Colaborar con la excelencia comercial y los equipos multifuncionales para la organización y seguimiento de las actividades de cara a los lanzamientos. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con la excelencia comercial y con equipos como marketing, ventas y asuntos regulatorios para comprender sus necesidades de datos y brindar soporte analítico para lanzar nuevos productos de manera efectiva en el mercado. En términos de excelencia en el lanzamiento, su función implicaría monitorear las actividades de lanzamiento y asumir responsabilidades de PMO para realizar un seguimiento de las actividades clave.

A QUIÉN BUSCAMOS

Experiencia y educación  

Título académico en administración de empresas, economía o ingeniería industrial.  Experiencia en la industria farmacéutica (deseable). Experiencia de 2 a 3 años brindando soporte en el área.  Nivel de ingles: B2 Excel y PowerBI. Experiencia en Data Analysis.

Excelentes habilidades en comunicación para de esta manera proveer la información de manera correcta a los stakeholders.  Resiliencia con los diferentes procesos dentro del área. Orientación a las personas.  Planeación, estrategia y gestión de la data.  Manejo del tiempo. WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Customer and Launch Excellence specialist for Business Operations your primary responsibility would be to collect, analyze, and interpret sets of data to provide insights and support decision-making processes related to Commercial Excellence and CRM/SFE; as well as operating as PMO for specific activities, including launch excellence and innovation of processes. You would be working with data related to various aspects, to support the decision making of our internal customers. This role will report to the Commercial Excellence Lead

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON 

Data collection and cleaning: Gathering relevant data from various sources, ensuring data quality, and organizing it for analysis. Data analysis: Applying techniques and data mining methods to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data. This may involve using tools like SQL, Excel (Power Query). Reporting and visualization: Presenting findings and insights in a clear and concise manner through reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Tools like Tableau or Power BI can be used for this purpose. Support CRM end outcomes and data. Support the implementation of key Viva modules ensuring data quality and governance. Participation in key projects aligned to the Business transformation. Contribute to the innovation of the processes of the Business Operations area. Collaborating with commercial excellence and cross-functional teams for launch preparation: Working closely with commercial excellence, and with teams such as, marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs to understand their data needs and provide analytical support to effectively launching new products in the market. In terms of launch excellence, your role would involve monitoring launch performance and assuming PMO responsibilities to track the key activities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR 

Experience & Education.

Bachelor's Degree: Business admin , Economy or industrial engineering. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (desirable).  2-3 years of experience in support area. English level: B2.  PowerBI and Excel Experience with Data Analysis.
