En Publicis Media, Bogotá, estamos en la búsqueda de un Regional Business Lead , quien se encargará de garantizar:

  • La eficacia operativa y estratégica, supervisando las auditorías, revisando las estrategias de planificación y garantizando la alineación con los objetivos de varios equipos multifuncionales.
  • La administración del conjunto regional de recursos, acuerdos y beneficios para respaldar operaciones cohesivas.
  • La realización de estrategias regionales para equipos multifuncionales, ofreciendo soporte a equipos de SEO, WEB, ATL CROSS-MEDIA y planificación de operaciones inbound.
  • El apoyo a los gerentes locales en reuniones de resultados digitales, alineando los equipos de las agencias Hub y los equipos, para establecer lineamientos de estrategia regional.

Requisitos:

  • 10 años de experiencia.
  • Conocimiento de estrategias digitales de performance y branding Telco.
  • Experiencia en gerenciamiento de equipos transversales SEO, WEB, INBOUND, UX, DATA, CROSSMEDIA y orientación de los mismos al cumplimiento de metas.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas y plataformas digitales como Google, Facebook, LinkedIn y Twitter para orientar las estrategias operativas.
  • Manejo de forecast regional, participación en estrategias y JBPS con medios.
  • Relacionamiento con medios estratégicos para generar eficiencias en las estrategias de cliente.
  • Experiencia en manejo de equipos en función de objetivos de negocio.
  • Conocimientos en análisis de ROI, ROAS y payback digital de medios e inversiones.
  • Alto análisis de data y generación de estrategias a través de la lectura de los datos mensuales. Manejo de visualizadores (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
