We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our remote team at Empire Business Suite.

Estimated Salary: PHP 884,000 + (PHP 288,000 base salary + uncapped commission potential)

Job Overview:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth of our business. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential business clients, introducing them to our merchant services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce our merchant services
  • Qualify leads by understanding the needs of potential clients and matching them with our solutions
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information about leads and appointments
  • Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate from prospect to appointment
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and appointment-setting processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required
  • Proven experience in a B2B appointment-setting or telemarketing role, preferably in the merchant services or financial services industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools
