Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Managing Director to lead our LATAM operations and drive business growth in the forex industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the Latin American financial landscape to shape the future of a rapidly expanding business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regional strategies that align with corporate goals, monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, and leading initiatives to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing ones. The role also involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant processes within the region, as well as working closely with other business units to ensure alignment with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional strategies to enhance market presence and drive growth in the forex sector across LATAM.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Lead initiatives to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing ones, ensuring sustained revenue growth.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant processes within the region.
  • Work closely with other business units to ensure alignment with global objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of senior leadership experience within the forex or financial services industry, with a focus on the LATAM region.
  • Strong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and the regulatory environment in LATAM.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and leading regional expansions.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Ability to manage and drive business development, including establishing new partnerships and client relationships.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential, with additional LATAM languages being a plus.
