Aerospace Business Development Lead

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Business Development Lead to drive new business acquisition with WTW Retail, Fac and London. The successful candidate will play a key part in this process, working closely with WTW Colombia and WTW London to strategize the expansion of our aviation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with renewing existing aviation accounts of WTW Colombia;
- Work with local cedants to conduct relevant facultative duties at the highest level;
- Support WTW Colombia with day-to-day aviation insurance requirements;
- Develop strong relationships with clients to maximize resources effectively and achieve goals.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Aviation placement in Colombia or Regional, with exceptional client relationship skills and strong leadership abilities to help lead the team to achieve commercial objectives in various Aviation sectors.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
