Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales and marketing activities of the entire building products portfolio within the assigned territory, including the cloud solution application development. The primary responsibilities include:

  1. Plan and execute sales targets and strategic activities in the assigned territory.
  2. Represent the complete portfolio (fire safety, security, building automation and cloud solutions).
  3. Maximize the territory exploitation with the different customer types (integrators, installers, distributors, OEMs) for an efficient territory coverage.
  4. Identify and develop new customers.
  5. Build up and maintain the client relationship with potential / existing customer accounts, including consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  6. Provide information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
  7. Develop new distribution channels and ensure their growth.
  8. Provide sales and technical support to our customers in all matters related to the portfolio assigned.
Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  1. Degree holder in Engineering or other equivalent disciplines.
  2. 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of the assigned portfolio.
  3. Experience of working closely with customers, identifying customer needs, and translating them to value propositions and offerings.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency with Account development and strategic sales skills.
  5. Good communication skill and high initiative to take up challenges.
  6. Can work independently with customer focus.
  7. Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  8. Local market knowledge.
