Job Summary:

Rocket is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales by making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and meeting sales targets in the Colombian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers in assigned markets or territories to identify and qualify leads.
  • Promote and explain the features and benefits of our products/services tailored to customer needs, ensuring a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up actions, and sales activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Address customer concerns and objections, offering suitable solutions to convert leads into sales, and promote additional products or services where applicable to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure a consistent customer experience, providing regular reports on call activities, lead status, and sales results to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in a call center or sales environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required, and English proficiency is an advantage, especially for international campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence potential customers, as well as strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and call center software, with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and remain driven in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience in B2B sales or international markets, knowledge of the Colombian market, culture, and local business environment, and familiarity with multichannel sales strategies (phone, email, social media).
