Salary:
We offer an attractive salary package, with a competitive estimated annual compensation ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Professional for BPO Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the go-to market strategy for our services in South America. Your primary focus will be on key accounts sales development and working closely with partners to achieve sales targets. Your expertise will be instrumental in building strong relationships with clients, identifying decision-makers, and closing deals that drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
- 100% fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of 2 years of recent loan sales origination experience
- Proven track record of sales success in high-volume, high-quality environments
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
