Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Sales Area Manager para nuestro equipo en la divisón de lujo

Tus funciones serán:
  1. Aplicar y liderar la estrategia comercial a nivel regional para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas de sell-in (a distribuidores) y sell-out (al consumidor final). Actuar como garante de la imagen y la política de su(s) marca(s) en su región.
  2. Desarrollar relaciones de confianza con clientes clave en la región, incluyendo la gestión regional de cadenas minoristas nacionales. Realizar un seguimiento mensual de las ventas sell-in/sell-out de las principales cuentas regionales.
  3. Motivar a los equipos de ventas en la región: reclutar, desarrollar (especialmente para los Jefes de Sector), gestionar sus equipos, asegurar el desarrollo de su experiencia y conocimientos técnicos. Implementar cambios organizacionales.
  4. Impulsar el rendimiento de las actividades comerciales, el merchandising y la formación en ventas en su región. Ser responsable del éxito en la prestación de servicios y del seguimiento de su rendimiento regional a través de la gestión del proveedor.
  5. Gestionar y arbitrar los presupuestos regionales, así como los recursos de motivación y el retorno de la inversión.
  6. Mantener una estrecha colaboración entre la fuerza de ventas regional y la dirección comercial y de negocios.
