Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Gp Strategies Corporation. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with dealerships in Colombia, ensuring compliance with commercial goals and objectives. You will develop sales and activation strategies, provide ongoing consulting to dealers, and monitor and analyze dealer sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial relationships with dealerships in Colombia
  • Develop sales and activation strategies
  • Provide ongoing consulting to dealers
  • Monitor and analyze dealer sales performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure dealers have the necessary support
  • Participate in relevant meetings, events, and trainings
  • Prepare detailed reports on business activities and dealer performance
  • Develop and execute training programs for sales teams
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to drive subscription of services
  • Coordinate and participate in events to promote services and conduct live product demonstrations

Requirements:

  • Professional in business administration, engineering, or related fields with experience in account management and/or commercial work in the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to ensure compliance with work and project schedules
  • Focused on results
  • Willingness to move between dealerships in your region
  • Desirable: English level (B2-C1) and experience in the automotive sector
