About the Role
As a Sales Effectiveness Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing commercial performance, developing tactical plans, and implementing CRM activities. You will also establish incentive plans aligned with market conditions and ensure monitoring of compliance with client productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and communicate objective information on commercial performance.
- Develop a tactical plan for reporting and analyzing territory management and its impacts on team productivity.
- Implement CRM activities through the company's official tools.
- Control customer compliance and generate alarms in the business.
- Establish incentive plans aligned with market conditions.
- Handle the sales quota defined for each person in the sales team.
- Ensure monitoring of compliance with client productivity.
- Identify potential business opportunities and risks through productivity reports.
Requirements
- Professional in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- 5 years experience in similar processes.
- 2 years experience leading the incentive definition and settlement process.
- Experience leading teams.
- Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
- Experience in CRM tools (SalesForce.com possible).
- Knowledge of sales incentive tools.
- Fluent English required.
