Your Role
As a Sales Effectiveness Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the marketing and sales strategy, ensuring financial viability through the development and control of sales team incentive plans. You will analyze and implement go-to-market strategies, manage territory performance, and develop management indicators and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and communicate commercial performance data to inform problem-solving and decision-making.
- Develop tactical plans for reporting and analyzing territory management and its impact on team productivity.
- Implement CRM activities through official tools, generating insights for business activities.
- Control customer compliance and generate alarms for business adjustments.
- Establish incentive plans aligned with market conditions and marketing and commercial strategy.
- Monitor sales quota performance and ensure compliance with client productivity.
- Identify potential business opportunities and risks through productivity reports.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar field.
- 5 years of experience in similar processes, with 2 years of experience leading incentive definition and settlement processes.
- Experience leading teams and advanced skills in Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
- Fluent English required.
