Job Description:
- You will receive inbound and/or place outbound calls as part of our customer service team.
- Provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through email and live chat support channels.
- Ensure good customer satisfaction and experience by handling all calls professionally based on our Quality Guidelines.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level with strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
- Full-time availability, with a minimum of 44 hours per week.
- Livability in Cali, Palmira, Yumbo, or Jamundí.
Estimated Salary Range: $15-$20 per hour
