About the Role

This role involves becoming an expert on our services to inform potential patients and assist them in navigating our platform. You will provide seamless support to patients throughout their journey with us through various communication channels. Collaborating closely with the management and clinical team is essential for delivering high-quality care.

We are seeking a fluent speaker of Spanish and English, with at least 6-12 months of experience in customer service. Prior experience in healthcare is a plus. A high school diploma is required; any health-related certifications are beneficial. A passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and being a people person are essential qualities for this role.
