Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries through various support channels. You'll also strive for Good Customer Satisfaction and Experience, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally according to our Quality Guidelines.
Requirements
- Advanced English level with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Full-time availability with a 48-hour workweek.
- Residency in Cali, Palmira, Yumbo or Jamundí.
