About The RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through email and live chat support channels. You will receive inbound and/or place outbound calls and strive for Good Customer Satisfaction and Experience.
Requirements- Advanced English level: strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
- Full time availability, 48 hours per week.
- Live in Cali, Palmira, Yumbo or Jamundí.
