Operations Team Opportunities

The Operations team presents a unique opportunity to drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies ever. This data-driven role requires a rare combination of consumer-inspired analytical thinking and interpersonal ability.

As part of the team, you will have the chance to launch, build, and run DiDi's business in LatAm and nearby regions, working in a tight-knit environment where no day is dull. You will be seeking solutions that scale while overseeing the growth of our business, directly contributing to DiDi's expansion in LATAM.

In this Role, You'll Be...
  • Taking ownership of DiDi's growth in your region.
  • Building deep insights and understanding of the business and product features through project management, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Mastery of data with Excel data processing and analysis, capable of writing SQL/Python.
  • Designing and implementing initiatives to improve business and product indicators, leveraging data for the decision-making process.
  • Ensuring collaboration with multiple stakeholders to improve operational productivity and user experience.
  • Balancing attention to detail with swift execution – we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.
We're Looking for Candidates with:
  • An MBA graduate or similar masters degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of operational/analytical experience gained in consulting, investment banking, marketing, or operations management.
  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.
  • Startup experience with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
