Job Title:

Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead our global, regional, and local corporate customer service strategies for multinational and corporate accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating added value and high-level customer satisfaction in meeting client needs, positioning Aon as the best in the market for accompaniment and consulting in insurable benefits programs and occupational risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet Commercial Risk budgets in sales for Renewals (existing) and New Business (New and Additional)
  • Meet Customer Retention Indicators and Roll over goals
  • Present and execute value proposals accepted by clients of the assigned portfolio
  • Monitor result indicators of customer satisfaction surveys
  • Manage financial administration of client portfolios and business lines
  • Lead high-performance teams and foster teamwork
  • Motivate and commit colleagues
  • Develop and perform collaborators
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in the Insurance or Insurance Brokerage Industry, customer service oriented, budget results driven, and team leadership focused
  • Technical knowledge: insurable benefits programs (Life insurance, prepaid medicine, health insurance, arl), among others
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Office software with advanced Excel skills

Salary Estimate:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
