About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Startup Business Development team in LATAM. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to drive adoption of AWS services among startups in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia.

You will lead a diverse team of professionals across multiple countries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans and programs that meet customer needs. Your role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with top founders, investors, accelerators, and incubators in LATAM, as well as representing our region in global startup business development forums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption of AWS services among startups in LATAM
  • Lead a high-performing team of professionals across multiple countries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans and programs that meet customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with top founders, investors, accelerators, and incubators in LATAM
  • Represent our region in global startup business development forums
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures
  • Managing teams located in multiple countries
