Job Description

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities and maintaining the installed customer base, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business opportunities
  • Maintain existing customer relationships
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of managed IT services
  • Previous experience in sales quota of 3M to 5M USD per year
  • English level B2 or higher required
