Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Executive/ Sales Manager to spearhead the account management of leisure travelers and grow their potential. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying need periods and adapting strategy and promotional campaigns accordingly.
About You
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related specialties
- At least 3-4 years of experience in sales leisure
- Knowledge of leisure travel and hospitality, as well as other related tourism industries
- Excellent oral fluency in English, enabling effective communication with guests

Your Role
As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for:
- Immediate and timely communication with the Sales team and property on-site teams, fostering long-term professional business relationships
- Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly
- Identify new markets and business opportunities, acquiring and developing new business accounts, and preparing sales proposals for clients
- Implement all sales action plans related to this market as outlined in the yearly strategy
- Conduct daily sales calls and evaluations with partners
- Represent the hotel in various events and exhibitions
- Support the team with client events and sales calls
