Entry-Level Business Development Representative Role

You will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving growth for Puulse Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales with a company that offers excellent training, supportive colleagues, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and moving them into the sales funnel by cold calling potential clients using a power dialer.
  • Understanding the potential client's needs, qualifying their interest, and transferring them to Inside Sales Representatives for closing.
  • Maintaining detailed records of calls, interactions, and useful information in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to optimize call scripts and strategies.
  • Participating in ongoing sales training and workshops to improve your skills and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Attending weekly team meetings to discuss sales strategies, updates, and targets.
