We are a global staffing company operating in the fintech industry, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing qualified opportunities with our targeted accounts.

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our sales development team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and coaching a team of outbound sales development representatives. Your primary goal will be to drive consistent performance week over week and ensure the sales development team is meeting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of sales development representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Hire, onboard, and manage sales development representatives to become experts at opening doors and uncovering opportunities
  • Provide day-to-day coaching and professional development to the sales team, including team meetings, weekly 1:1 meetings, and call coaching sessions
  • Track and communicate weekly goals to the team to drive consistent performance
  • Partner with the field sales force to implement sales and pipeline-building strategies across the entire team
  • Manage all applicable sales tools

Requirements:

  • Consistent track record of running a metric-driven business with proven results
  • 2+ years of inside sales software experience or equivalent management experience
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to hire, train, motivate, and lead day-to-day results
  • Proven track record of managing highly effective sales professionals
  • Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
  • Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com required

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
