Sales Role Overview

At MB Floor Solutions, we seek a skilled Sales Representative to lead our commercial cleaning services sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, leadership, marketing, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Craft and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.
• Identify and engage new customer segments and strategic partners, expanding our market footprint and fostering growth opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining productive relationships.
• Innovative thinker, with a flair for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Compensation
• Sales representatives will earn a commission rate of 5% on the total sale amount for each new client successfully onboarded.
• For existing clients, sales representatives will receive a commission rate of 3% after the first sale.
