We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Agent to join our team at BruntWork.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and uncapped commissions for high achievers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Excellence: Drive revenue by promoting and closing deals for our outsourcing services.
  2. Client Engagement: Build lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  3. CRM Mastery: Utilize HubSpot and Zoho to manage client interactions and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  4. Responsive Communication: Ensure timely client responses to maximize deal potential and maintain momentum.
  5. Multitasking: Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, from client communication to pipeline management.
  6. Bonus: Recruitment Experience — Experience in recruitment is a significant plus, helping align client needs with top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with strong achievements in B2B, B2C, and enterprise sales.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (near-native fluency in both spoken and written forms).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust and sustaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Experience with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, or CRMs is a plus.
