About the Role
The Sales Leadership Director will directly impact the growth of our overall organization. You'll master client engagement and drive how your customers do business in a constantly evolving environment. You'll mentor your team to develop their careers and inspire them to do the best work of their life.
- Drive Client Engagement: Provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating in client meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required.
- Develop Winning Teams: Recruit, hire, and train a winning team.
- Coach Sales Wins: Coach direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Accurately report on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management.
- Lead Demand Generation: Actively lead and monitor demand generation activities.
- Cultivate Customer Awareness: Lead initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement.
- Implement Successful Sales Campaigns: Develop and implement successful sales campaigns.
- Engage at C-Level: Engage at C-level in enterprise customer organizations.
- Handle Significant Client Escalations: Successfully handle significant client escalations and issues.
- Establish Corporate Relationships: Develop required corporate relationships and executive engagement to support success.
Requirements
You'll need:
- 5+ Years of Sales Leadership Experience: Managing a team of quota-carrying sales people.
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Leading Enterprise Account Executives, creating impactful teams, and driving results.
- Excellent Presentation Skills: Engaging executives and clients.
- Self-Starter: Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Leadership Capabilities: Operating effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in Sales Coaching and Mentoring: Driving career growth and development.
- Consultative Selling Experience: Collaborating and influencing in a win-as-a-team environment.
