Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Beverage Sales Director to lead sales efforts, develop new business opportunities, and expand our presence in the craft beverage industry. This role will involve crafting sales strategies, managing the complete sales cycle, and working closely with our founders to ensure growth aligned with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the craft beverage industry.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Leverage Salesforce and explore AI-driven tools to streamline the sales process.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B packaging or craft beverage industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer success.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Industry experience in aluminum beverage cans is highly desirable.
