We are seeking an exceptional Sales Leader to join our growing Colombia sales operation at 125-SFDC.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives in generating revenue and achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic workforce and contribute to the success of our expanding sales operation in Colombia.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Development: Develop a growing and diverse team who are seen as trusted advisors to our customers and internal team members.
  2. Client Engagement: Support Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.
  3. Team Management: Manage a high-performance team, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
  4. Strategy Development: Build strong team unity, internal connections, and collaboration across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  5. Forecasting: Lead weekly forecast meetings and drive pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue-generating opportunities for customer accounts.
  6. Mentorship: Mentor and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to ensure high closure rates and opportunity identification.
  7. C-Level Engagement: Engage with C-level executives in customer organizations.
  8. GTM Strategy: Develop the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the team.
  9. Reporting: Accurately report on sales activity and forecasting to Area Sales Management.
  10. Sales Enablement: Consistently supervise and enhance the sales activities of the team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A consistent track record in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • The ability to operate and navigate successfully in a matrix/multi-product sales environment.
  • Experience selling transformational technology solutions to major Enterprise customers.
  • Previous experience in solution sales (especially Software/SaaS/Cloud).
  • A level of interest in, and/or experience positioning/selling MarTech solutions - knowledge of the Travel, Transport & Hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Strong demonstrated and proven sales leadership experience, managing teams working with complex customers.
  • Prior people management experience.
  • A passion for building a growing and diverse team.
  • Proven ability to create and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally).
  • PASSion for supporting team development, as well as for their own self-improvement.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter that can excel in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
