Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team at Xpel Canada Corp. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer relationships, and growth strategies.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role: As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales within your assigned territory, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to introduce new products and maximize revenue. You will work closely with the install operations manager to ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales within the assigned territory, demonstrating a dedicated focus on meeting or exceeding growth objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Monitor and analyze customer product usage, identifying opportunities to introduce new products and maximize revenue.
  • Manage and develop business relationships, providing regular management summary reports as required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and support through various channels, including email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct individual market analysis to develop and implement customer acquisition and conquest strategies.
  • Follow up on sales leads, collaborating with the Sales Administration team for efficient client onboarding and integration.
  • Work closely with the install operations manager to ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities for growth by going outbound and creating strategic initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates through participation in internal educational training, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field/equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, and proven sales track record.
  • Proactive, highly motivated and organized.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people skills, negotiation skills and sales skills.
  • Able to travel as required.
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
