About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our B2B sales efforts in South Latam, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with business owners.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with expertise in managing remote teams and developing others. They will be responsible for mentoring and coaching sales managers, articulating needs and goals to matrixed partners, and utilizing their deep consultative sales skills to demonstrate the unique value proposition that our company brings.

Sales Responsibilities:
* Mentor and coach a group of sales managers and team leaders in the South Latam market.* Represent the sales organization in internal meetings and articulate needs and goals to matrixed partners.* Manage the sales pipeline, utilize our CRM, and communicate monthly, quarterly and annual revenue projections to finance and executive team and other stakeholders.* Use your consultative sales skills to drive revenue in all our categories.* Identify and cultivate new revenue opportunities to source business with both new and existing clients.* Own client relationships through strategic management and leadership.* Utilize existing client and agency relationships to drive large, long-term deals with vendors, and generate new ones.* Communicate industry opportunities to management and facilitate initiatives designed to best position the company for success.* Consult with Product team to help shape product development in support of client needs.* Guide the creation of dynamic and persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of the company to clients.

Requirements:
* 7+ years' experience in Sales; Business Development and Account Management.* 4 years' of people management experience (of between 30-50 people).* Proven skills in managing remote teams and developing others.* Previous experience working with sales teams in LATAM.* Proven leadership and strategic skills.* Native Spanish.* Fluent English (Advanced level).* Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.* Ability to work in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Salary Range:
$120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
