Job Title: Inside Sales Supervisor for LATAM Market
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to lead our LATAM sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the LATAM region.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Provide coaching and development to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a LATAM market.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
