**Job Responsibilities**
As a Sales Growth Associate, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving growth for Puulse Marketing. Key responsibilities include:
- Generating leads and moving them into the sales funnel by cold calling potential clients, understanding their needs, qualifying their interest, and transferring them to Inside Sales Representatives for closing.
- Keeping detailed records of calls, interactions, and useful information in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales team to optimize call scripts and strategies.
- Participating in ongoing sales training and workshops to improve your skills and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work 40-50 hours per week.
