Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:



We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Global Building Supplies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within a designated region.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives

  • Manage territory sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and upselling existing accounts

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in retail and technology sectors

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends

  • Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and service delivery

  • Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability



Requirements:





  • Proven experience in territory sales management or similar roles, preferably in technology or retail sales

  • Strong skills in software applications relevant to sales management and reporting

  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures

  • Experience in upselling products or services to existing customers

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
