We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Global Market Expansion Specialist in Medellín, Colombia.

 

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our presence in the Colombian market, driving sales growth, and expanding our brand awareness through various channels, including schools, universities, job centers, fairs, and other local institutions.

 

You will work closely with our local au pair community to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve our sales targets. Your excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the phone, will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and your passion for cultural exchange will inspire you to make a meaningful impact.

 

We're seeking someone with a proven track record of success in sales, who is fluent in Spanish and English, and has a strong understanding of the Colombian market. If you're a motivated and goal-oriented individual who is passionate about sales and cultural exchange, we want to hear from you.

 

As a Global Market Expansion Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, with a start-up vibe and a focus on innovation and excellence. Our salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits, including a base salary, bonus potential, and discounts on EF programs.
