About This Role
As a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager at Global Building Supplies, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for technology sales and the ability to negotiate effectively in various sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Strategic Sales Plans
- Manage Territory Sales Activities
- Cultivate and Maintain Strong Relationships

- Train and Mentor Team Members
- Negotiate Contracts and Agreements
Requirements
- Proven experience in territory sales management or similar roles, preferably in technology or retail sales.
- Strong skills in software applications relevant to sales management and reporting.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Experience in upselling products or services to existing customers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
