Sales Director for LATAM Expansion

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Sr. Manager LATAM to lead the expansion of our sales teams into new countries and industries in the region. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies, leading teams across multiple countries, and a strong background in the payments and fraud prevention industry within LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales teams in each country to drive business growth and expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for multiple LATAM countries, primarily Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, and Chile.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for payment and fraud prevention products.
- Work closely with technical and operational teams to align solutions with customer needs.
Requirements
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the fraud prevention and payments sector.
- Proven track record in leading and closing deals with large enterprises in LATAM.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex sales processes.
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and advanced payment technologies.
- Experience in managing teams and expanding markets.
- Graduates in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
