Job SummaryThis role will involve managing daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as A/B testing, measurement and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management. They should have strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, and ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly.
Responsibilities:- Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for PDM's B2B clients.
- Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as A/B testing, measurement and reporting.
- Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement.
- Collaborate with creative team to ensure brand guidelines are followed in emails.
- Report and provide recommendations on lifecycle programs' performance monthly to clients.
- Use data to continuously test, measure, and optimize the email marketing program.
- Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with all other internal digital channels.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements:- 2-5 years experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management.
- Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, and ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly.
- Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar.
- SMS experience (preferred).
- Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
- Strong communication, rapport building, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations.
