Job Overview

We are seeking an Email Marketing Director to join our team at Power Digital Marketing, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to drive digital growth for our clients through innovative email marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management. They will be responsible for defining and driving email marketing strategy for Power Digital clients, managing daily operations of the email marketing channel, and building and managing automated email marketing programs.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive email marketing strategy for Power Digital clients
  • Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as A/B testing, measurement, and reporting
  • Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement
  • Use data to continuously test, measure, and optimize the email marketing program
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with other internal digital channels
  • Deliver reporting metrics, key learnings, and strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management
  • Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar
  • SMS experience
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy, and design approaches
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
