Managing billions in media, our dynamic team of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts, and technologists challenge traditional ways of planning and measurement through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management. Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, and ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving email marketing strategy for Power Digital clients, managing daily operations of the email marketing channel, building and deploying email campaigns, and using data to continuously test, measure, and optimize the email marketing program.

The role requires proficiency in email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar, as well as working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding. Strong communication, rapport building, and presentation skills are also necessary, along with the ability to navigate difficult conversations.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) include managing 5-7 enterprise or growth accounts, maintaining a client churn rate below 10%, and hitting defined EBIDTA goal. The most important things (MITs) for this role are managing accounts with the highest workflow volume or complexity with positive feedback, leading trainings, and exceeding profit and revenue per team member success metrics.
