Job Description

The Paid Advertising Strategist is responsible for owning the execution performance and growth of campaigns within their book of business.

  • They are oriented towards the clients business success tying their efforts to the greater business goals.
  • They work hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of their service within the broader media mix.

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media native platforms.
  • Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads Google Ads Youtube Ads Bing Ads.
  • Effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels.
  • Lead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goals.
  • Manage all client budgets and/or advise on budget changes based on expertise.
  • Effectively own strategic communication internally for client teams.
  • Proactive internal communication with team on performance strategy recommendations deliverables and action items.
  • Weekly client progress recaps outlining performance insights and future recommendations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • 1-2 years in agency setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in E-Commerce Lead Gen or B2B.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media's place in the funnel.
