A Day in the Life:
- The Strategic Marketing Campaign Lead owns campaign execution, performance, and growth within their book of business.
- They tie efforts to clients' business success, orienting towards greater business goals.
- This self-starter autonomously owns responsibilities, working with account leadership to evolve strategy within the broader media mix.
- Responsibilities include reporting, optimizations, client communication, keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management.
- The Strategist excels at providing insights and forward-thinking strategy to clients, possessing a strong understanding of their service's strategy and performance levers.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media native platforms.
- Effective execution of builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels.
- Lead optimization for performance improvements relative to goals.
- Manage all client budgets and advise on budget changes based on expertise.
- Own strategic communication internally for client teams.
- Proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items.
- Weekly client progress recaps outlining performance insights and future recommendations.
- Excellent marketing and business strategy acumen.
- Complete understanding of the marketing funnel and eCommerce model.
- Ability to navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in landscape.
- Ownership of performance reporting and strategy communication.
- Execute performance reporting A-Z with excellent presentation creation capabilities.
- Ability to leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and stakeholders.
Role Requirements:
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing, specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen, or B2B.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Search Engine Marketing.
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics.
