About the Role

The Lifecycle Marketing Senior Strategist will be responsible for audits, strategy, content, and setup of email campaigns for current and prospective clients, as well as SMS campaign execution. They will work closely with creative, content, web, and other departments in the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing Strategy: Define and drive email marketing strategy for Power Digital clients.
  • Daily Operations: Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as A/B testing, measurement, and reporting.
  • Automated Email Programs: Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to continuously test, measure, and optimize the email marketing program.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with other internal digital channels.
  • Reporting and Insights: Deliver reporting metrics, key learnings, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Information sharing and training team on strategic tactics and implementation tools.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly.
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar.
  • SMS experience.
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy, and design approaches.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
  • Strong communication, rapport building, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Power Digital Marketing, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
