Role Summary
At Selina, we offer a robust learning and development program that allows you to apply your academic knowledge while enhancing your skills across various facets of the hospitality sector.

As an Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Front Desk Management: Manage front-of-house duties such as greeting and assisting guests to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise operational activities, manage timelines, facilitate communication among departments, oversee inventory, and promptly address guest inquiries.
  • Tour and Transportation Coordination: Support Selina Tours operations and work closely with the Explore Tours division.
  • Housekeeping Management: Resolve guest issues, report on room conditions, recommend enhancements, uphold cleanliness standards, and establish housekeeping protocols.
  • Reservation Management: Improve customer service, handle reservations, learn hotel management systems, increase sales, and develop innovative upselling strategies.

To be considered, you should:

  • Be currently enrolled in a university
  • Be proficient in both English and Spanish
