Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting and Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Alfa Laval. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing various financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Operations: Assist in the management of financial transactions, including reviewing and updating client information in OneCRM and Scala, importing rejected documents to DIAN, and providing supporting documents to DIAN.
  2. Accounting and Reconciliation: Reconcile employee advances and employee loan accounts, and provide support in bank reconciliation items.
  3. Administrative Support: Manage orders and inventory of stationery and cleaning supplies, authorize visitors, and receive and dispatch documentation.
  4. Filing and Archiving: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and archiving systems.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance or accounting preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
