Job Description

This is a remote position with BruntWork, a company that oversees a variety of businesses.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a schedule for the Chief Operating Officer (COO) overseeing multiple businesses.
  • Schedule meetings, respond to emails, and escalate questions or problems to the COO.
  • Field incoming calls and make outbound calls to support business operations.
  • Assist with hiring for various roles within the company.
  • Conduct research and development on various topics related to business operations.
  • Help solve technical and practical problems that arise in business operations.
  • Write cold emails to new business partners and make cold calls to establish new relationships.
  • Organize files on shared cloud storage platforms, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Docs.
  • Develop and execute strategies with different departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google applications, as well as AI-powered tools like ChatGPT.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a high-frequency environment.
  • Ability to multitask and make decisions quickly.
  • Fluent in English with minimal to zero accent.
  • Experience working with US clients and in the healthcare industry.
  • Background in electronic health records (EHR) and electronic medical records (EMR) tools, particularly E-clinical Works (ECW), is highly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare account management or a related field.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership, dedication, and responsibility.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
