As a Hospitality Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences at the Front Desk, Cowork, and Playground.
  • Collecting real-time feedback from guests to improve their experience and collaborating with management for enhancements.
  • Working closely with the tours & travels team.
  • Providing sales support at the location.
  • Engaging with the Selina Surfing Club.
  • Serving as the primary liaison for the Selina Reservations center.
  • Managing guest communication and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Collaborating with the back-office team to oversee inventories and reports.
  • Learning inventory management by maintaining a minimum and maximum list.
  • Upholding high-quality customer service standards.
  • Assisting the housekeeping department on a daily basis.
  • Creating a community experience in partnership with the community team.
  • Working with the Cowork supervisor to integrate Selina's values into cowork offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in university.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
